The Page County Department of Social Services offers Benefit Services Programs and Service Programs.  The Benefit Service Programs provides the following: child care assistance, energy assistance, Medicaid, SNAP/EBT and TANF (temporary assistance for needy families). The Service Programs provide the following: adoption services/adoption subsidy, adult protective services/adult services, child protective services (CPS) and foster care/foster care prevention.

Individuals can apply for services by contacting the DSS Office at 540-778-1053 or online at the Virginia Department of Services. If a customer would prefer not to enter the office, a telephone interview can be scheduled with the appropriate worker by calling the agency at 540-778-1053 between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
