Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, that the Page County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing on December 19, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in the County Government Building, 2nd Floor, 103 South Court Street, Luray, VA, to consider the following appeal request being presented by:
Timothy & Claire Comer, whom have requested an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's determination of a denial notice regarding their request to replace a manufactured home on property located at 110 Twilight Hills Lane, Luray, VA, and further identified by tax map number 52-A-39F. Under the Zoning Ordinance, Section 125-46(B), construction would had to have begun within 24 months after the destruction had taken place as it was considered a non-conforming structure. The non-conforming manufactured home was removed in 2007.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear comments from any concerned citizens on the above listed date and time. Copies of the request and the Zoning Ordinance may be reviewed at the Planning & Community Development Office, 103 South Court Street, Suite B, Luray, VA, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Note: Hearing impaired individuals who need an interpreter must notify the Zoning Office at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing.
